Terms and Conditions
At Bella Forever Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all our clients, the following policies apply:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

No Show
• If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a non-refundable $50 no-show fee will apply.
• If you have an active service package, the missed session will be counted as completed, with no option for rescheduling or refund.

Service Packages
• All service packages are final and non-refundable.
• If the client does not complete all sessions within the agreed timeframe or chooses not to continue, no refunds will be issued.
Deposits
• Some services may require a deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.
Special Circumstances
• We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation individually to determine if cancellation fees may be waived. Please contact us as soon as possible.
